A practical guide

How to use Split PDF

  1. Choose a PDF and select the pages or ranges to separate.

  2. Review the page selection and choose whether to extract selected pages or split the document into individual files.

  3. Download the PDF or ZIP result.

Choose pages or split every page

You can save selected pages together as one PDF, or create a separate PDF for each page. Enter page numbers and ranges such as 1-3,5, or select pages in the preview. The page order follows the original document.

Processing and limits

Processing stays in your browser. PDFs can be up to 100 MB and 2,000 pages. Very large files may need more memory than your device or browser can provide. Password-protected files are not supported.
